Howard came to live in Sea Cliff ten years ago at the recommendation of a coworker.  Richard B. Arnold Real Estate was his first stop and sold Howard and his partner their home…..that decision changed their lives.  They enjoy the small town structure and the tight knit community base that serves all, with cosmopolitan amenities like fine restaurants and quality food and specialty stores.
